Why this sweater was designed for tripawds - Every dachshund deserves to be cosy, but most dog jumpers are made for four legs and just don't fit our three-legged friends. This little jumper/coat was specially designed with the left front leg opening removed, so it sits comfortably and securely without bunching, pulling, or leaving an empty sleeve flapping. No cold drafts, no fuss - just a perfect, snug fit for a tripawd to wriggle into.

I knitted this one myself in a beautiful deep forest green tweed with soft cream and brown flecks - a classic, earthy colour that looks gorgeous on red, black, and tan dachshunds.
